The villa overlooks the sea, the sunrise can be seen from every room and the sun kisses the living room, the large palm and olive trees. Five independent rooms for 7 beds that can become up to 10 if necessary. A thousand square meters of independent and fenced garden. A large terrace for summer dining. Five minutes drive from the historic city center (pedestrian area/main square) of Pesaro and less than two minutes to get on the beach. The house is accessed through a private road so, no traffic.

It is in front of the beautiful and effervescent beach of Riccione, and it is composed of two bright bedrooms: one has a standard double-size bed, while the second has a French bed size. The bathroom has a very big shower, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the living room is perfect to chill out and to make conversations. Last but not least, there is a liveable and sea-view balcony! Illuminato per la maggior parte del giorno e fresco grazie alla presenza di numerosi pini marittimi che sono un vero e proprio polmone. Si trova in una posizione strategica dalla quale si possono raggiungere in pochi passi sia la pineta sia la spiaggia nonché tutte le comodità per il soggiorno. Non vi resta che provarlo!
