Appartamento estivo molto panoramico, affacciato direttamente sul mare domina tutta la costa romagnola da Ravenna ad Ancona. Molto spazioso, luminoso, due camere e un bel soggiorno affacciato sul mare, cucinotto super attrezzato, bagno, con lavatrice . 3 terrazzi abitabili uno per ogni stanza. 3°piano con ascensore, posto auto coperto in cortile, accesso diretto alla spiaggia. Aria condizionata e riscaldamento con pompa di calore . Attaccato a Milano Marittima, vicino a Mirabilandia e Ravenna.

Just cross the road and you will find Sea Park, the beach and the best restaurants all within walking distance. The living-room terra e ( furnished with a table for 6 ) overlooks the sea and the New Kennedy Square. 10 min walkie-in through Cervi Park to’ arriverà in Rimini’s historical centre with it’s most famous monuments. It is a 5 min bus ride from train station

L’appartamento si trova in un grande complesso edilizio tra il centro storico ed il porto. Si trova al sesto piano servito da due ascensori . L’appartamento è costituito da due piani collegati da una scala a chiocciola, dove al primo piano si trova la sala con cucina un grande divano ed il bagno con la vasca . Al secondo piano si trova la camera padronale ed una camera più piccola con letto matrimoniale ed il secondo bagno con la doccia . Ottima posizione e Supermercato proprio sotto casa
