E' presente un grande bagno con doccia e asciugacapelli. L'ospite troverà lenzuola (con cambio settimanale), asciugamani (con una sostituzione nel corso della settimana), tovaglie e tutto il necessario per l'igiene ambientale. Comodo parcheggio in area recintata privata adiacente alla abitazione e spazio per biciclette.

5 minute drive from Riva del Garda and Arco, the apartment located in the quiet Cologna's historic center has been completely renovated and offers a large terrace overlooking the lake. New bathroom and kitchen, internet wifi. Please kindly note, the cleaning fee is now calculated separately in 45€, and together with the city national tax (of 1€ per day per person) will be collected at the check-in. In the coldest months, (October-April) the heating is extra and will be calculated in €8 a day.
