Beautiful house/loft with hot tub.

Ideally located in a quiet area and all shops and transport are at the foot of the house. An industrial building completely renovated in 2016 with taste and love. 15 minutes' drive from the airport and train station, 12/15 minutes from the city center and 25/30 from the island of Nantes (the machines of the island etc.) by transport (free on weekends!!!). Guests will enjoy the roof top terrace (barbecue and relaxation) as well as the Jacuzzi (5/6 people). Linens and towels will be provided for traveling light.

Welcome to my home! 😊 No more concessions to make between the city and the calm with this pretty apartment completely renovated in 2023. Ideally placed to enjoy beautiful Nantes on foot (10 min from the Machines of the Island and the Elephant, the hypercenter, 2 min from the banks of the Loire, 15 min from the Jardin Extraordinaire, next to the Butte Sainte Anne...) with tram 100 m from the apartment!

Our independent house annex is set in the greened surroundings of our back garden. It is a small but well-equipped studio, and contains a kitchen and bathroom. You will have shared access to the annex from the gate to the main house, and then walk along the garden to get to your own private space. St-Sébastien-sur-Loire is right next to Nantes. Bus and tram services will get you to the centre of Nantes in about 20 minutes. It is a 15-minute cycle ride, or a 40-minute walk.
