The Loft on Flynn is centrally located just outside the gates of the Millbrook Resort and within easy walking distance of the picturesque and historic Arrowtown. It’s the perfect base for enjoying the local restaurants, vineyards, shops, walks, tours, cycle trails and ski fields.

Elevated above the Manuherikia river with dramatic schist rock faces and river views, our spacious,and warm ground floor apartment is nestled next to the Central Otago Rail Trail, Matangi Station Mountain Bike Park, and walking tracks. Cafes and restaurants are a few minutes walk along the scenic river track passing the historic shaky bridge. The river track is accessed from our property. It is a 30min drive to Highlands Motorsport Park, and one hour to both Queenstown and Wanaka.

Amazing mountain views above Gibbston' s famous winery area. Attached to our home you have your own unit with full kitchen, lounge/ dining and two bedrooms with ensuites . In summer 2025 we have redorated the bedrooms and refreshed the lounge furniture. Underfloor heating and cozy wood fire for winter enjoyment. A stand alone unit, With a Queen size bed with views of the mountains. The unit has everything you may need with a small kitchenette and a bathroom. A cot and high chair is available if required. Pisa Moorings retreat Is One min walk away from lake, boat ramp and playground. Lake Dunstan is safe for swimming, boating, and jet skiing. There is a walk way/ bike track that goes in every direction around the lake. Four ski fields with in an hour to a hour and half away.

Our home is located in beautiful Arrowtown, with the Arrow River reserve (great for biking and walks, or a refreshing dip) just over the road, and the Arrowtown Golf course very close by. Walking into the village is a pleasant 20 minute stroll (for the average person) or slightly longer if you walk along the river. We built our home ourselves in 2007. It is modern but classic and decorated with contemporary colours and warmth. We would love you to come and stay.

Enjoy having a full kitchen, a washing machine and a BBQ.or wander 5 mins to the cafe/bar for a coffee, meal or drink.
