Surrounded by 4 acres and neighboring the Wildlands Conservancy, the property is calm, quiet, and a great place to take in the beauty of the Sonoma Coast. "La Masia" is a secluded estate with an artistic masterpiece of a house situated between a gorgeous heated pool and direct access to Austin Creek in the quiet Cazadero countryside. *Note the pool is heated from April to Mid October only (since it uses solar). The hot tub is available all year.
