Ground floor apartment in a villa, where there are 2 apartments. Each home has its own outdoor space. in the house: two bedrooms, one double, the other can be double or double, joining the two beds . The window of the second room has no view. the two bathrooms of the house both have the shower. the large living room/kitchen overlooks wonderful sea view, exposed to the west, therefore exposed to sunset. The decor of the house is modern and tasteful.
