Stone house in the most trendy place in Bordeaux

Our home is in an exceptional location right on Place des Chartrons, famous for its authentic village life in the heart of the city. The whole house will be yours to enjoy! Wake up in the morning with the natural light coming true the windows ! Fully renovated in 2014, our duplex home is tastefully decorated with a mix of antiques and flea market finds, giving it a chic but relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. It features Bordeaux's typical stone walls, wooden floors, a fireplace and high ceilings. It has 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, a living room with dining area, and a separate kitchen. One bedroom has a single bed and a double bed (140 cm x 200 cm) on the mezzanine. The other two bedrooms each have a large double bed (160 cm x 200 cm). One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The whole house will be yours to enjoy! I will be very happy to communicate with you by email and telephone. And as a Bordelaise myself I can provide you with all the addresses and useful information you need to make your holiday an enjoyable and memorable experience. This house is in Les Chartrons, which used to be the wine merchants' and sailors’ district back in the 18th century. It’s since been transformed into a chic neighborhood, known for its antiques shops and fashion boutiques. If you arrive by car, you can park on the street outside or in a private parking (Parking de la Cité Mondiale) located 4 minutes by feet from the house. The nearest Tram stop is only 2 minutes away: "Place Paul Doumer" Tram C, and "CAPC" Tram A. A direct tram will take you from the train station to the house: take tram C, direction "Les Aubiers" and stop "Place Paul Doumer". A direct tram will take you from the house to the Parc des Expositions . You can rent bicycles at the Vcub station or a car at the Bluecub station. Both stations are very close to your house. The basement has a separate entrance and contains space for bicycles or a moped should you decide to rent one. Please note that during Christmas and New Year’s Eve, the minimum stay is 5 days.

Jolie maison de 2 étage au calme en plein centre ville, près de "la place de la victoire" ou vous pouvez tout faire à pieds. 2chambres, 2 salle de bain, cuisine très bien équipée et un petit patio vous permettez de découvrir Bordeaux de manière très confortable et sans se faire ruiner. Quartier résidentiel Calme dispose de tous ce que vous avez besoin probablement Boulangerie, épicerie et parking pas loin. Proche au tram B ainsi de la ligne de bus 1, vous ramenant de la gare ou de l'aéroport.

Maison moderne, confortable et cosy. Dans un cadre atypique et tranquille. A 1mn du tram, 10 mn du centre ville de Bordeaux. 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain, cuisine spacieuse entièrement équipée. Proximité toutes commodités, frais de stationnement dans la rue pris en charge, wifi et buanderie. Non fumeur, pas d'animaux, pas de fêtes. Le passage est un endroit très tranquille, nous vous demanderons de respecter la tranquillité de nos voisins et de limiter le bruit à l'extérieur.

A 10 min en voiture du centre historique de Bordeaux, maison de ville (60m2) très agréable sur 2 niveaux dans un quartier calme. Au rdc, le séjour avec TV et accès internet (fibre) donne sur une cuisine ouverte entièrement équipée. Puis, un WC avec lave-linge. A l’étage, 2 chambres en enfilade avec une literie confortable en 140x190, puis une salle d’eau avec douche à l’italienne et WC. Idéal pour séjours professionnels et vacanciers.
