Nearby are markets, restaurants, cafés and bars. We offer you comfortable bedding, fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine and ski depot. Apartment is perfect for 3 person. Small groups of friends, families or couples. One of the big advantages is convertible wall for bedroom and living area separation.

Adorable and brand new 1 bedroom/1 bathroom ski-in/ski-out apartment with views of Gudauri mountains can accomodate up to 5 people. The apartment also features a separate living room with a queen size sofa bed, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and free access to WiFi, one full bathroom with a laundry machine, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave oven, and panini maker. The apartment has two balconies, two ski lockers, and is located only 400 feet from the main ski lift.
