5 rooms available, about 120 m2, homy and relaxing area. Two floors and 4 bed rooms. 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilette. Bed linen and bath towels are all available and included in the price. There is a 30 m2 terrasse/platform in front of the house with an amazing view to Laax, Vally and the mountains. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, groups and families (with kids). We have two baby beds, high chair and a basket full of toys available for families with kids. You are welcome!

The apartment is located in an old Bündner house, which was renovated with love in 2016/17. You can now experience the cozy atmosphere of an old house, combined with modern amenities. The spacious apartment has everything you need for a relaxing and restful vacation. It can accommodate up to 6 people. In the garden, children will find a place to play, while adults will find a place to rest and relax. In winter, a ski bus runs hourly to the valley station in Laax.

A serene lake reflects the surrounding forest and mountains, with still water creating a mirror-like surface. A wooden dock is visible on the opposite shore, surrounded by lush greenery and rocks, enhancing the natural tranquility of the scene.
