In a quiet area of the city of Madrid (Arturo Soria neighborhood), just 15 minutes from IFEMA and 20 minutes from the airport by metro, I rent a private room with bathroom in a 90 m2 (1000 ft) flat. It looks onto a private garden and swimming pool which ou can enjoy during your stay in Madrid. WiFi and free national landline calls are included. If you are planning to stay for a long period of time (more than a week) washing clothes (but not ironing!) and room/bathroom cleaning are included as well. Metro entrance is just 1 minute walk from the building (line 4-ESPERANZA stop) and 3 minutes walk you can find buses number 120 and 122. You can get to the historic center less than half an hour. The building has an enclosed garden and concierge and it is easy to park free in the area. Just 2 minutes walk to supermarkets and a classic market where you can find everything you need, as well as little restaurants and bars for a drink. I am happy to give you tourism advice on the famous sights and insider's Madrid. The apartment is in the peaceful Arturo Soria neighborhood. Entrance to the Metro is a 1-minute walk. Reach the historic center of Madrid in less than half an hour.

We can share the kitchen and living room with you, as well as our swimming pool. The house is particularly quietly located in the sierra de la Pila, near La Garapacha and Fuente Blanca. Here, 2.5 km from the house, there is a local bar/restaurant. At 12km is Fortuna, with all the necessary amenities, shops, bars and restaurants.

Independent room, for one person, in a duplex apartment, very well lit, close to the large Madrid Río park, with good metro and bus service a few meters away. The atmosphere you'll find will be totally friendly and family-like. Breakfast is included, consisting of coffee or tea and toast. What is not allowed is cooking. Yes, you can warm up what you need. Visits or parties are not allowed. Room and bathroom are rented, the rest of the house is for private use.

This very well connected with metro (station colombia) line 9 directly to Airport and buses that go to the Centre, Moncloa, Alonso Martinez. Also are reported with the Plaza de Castilla and Chamartin station.

Room with double bed + extra bed, terrace and panoramic views of the city of Toledo. Maximum 2 adults and 1 child under 11 years old. We can add (upon request and acceptance) a crib instead of an extra bed for a baby, but please note that the maximum capacity is 3 people including children and babies. Our establishment is just 1 km from the old town, which can be reached on foot and has ample free outdoor parking (no reservations)
