Imagine peace & quiet, 100 metres from the road up a stone track, no immediate neighbours. (Owner lives onsite in the attic of house, separate entrance). Seating areas around the house offer different beautiful views Morning sunrise, shaded south seating; but sunny in winter! Lunch/ dinner table west facing shaded by old pear tree. Dark starry nights, moonlit or Milky Way, silent or animal sounds! Village life is a 10min meadow walk. In summer a cosy traditional bar/cafe serves home-cooked food.

Our house is situated in the middle of the meadow at the beginning of the small village Modrejce, just a few steps away from the lake. The apartment, which is separated from our flat, is on the left side of the house and can accommodate up to 5 people. It has everything you need for a perfect vacation! We are a family of 5 - everyone with different interests, but all connected to our beautiful nature. Therefore, we can help you find something you enjoy - at our house or in Soča Valley!

At the beginning of the ascent to the sanctuary of Castelmonte, five minutes from the historic center of Cividale del Friuli, an old 19th-century farmhouse recently renovated offers an attic apartment and a double bedroom with bathroom. The adjoining farm produces organic extra virgin olive oil and the walk among the olive groves and vineyards up to a centuries-old chestnut tree is a pleasant immersion in nature and its gentle hilly landscape. It can comfortably accommodate up to 3 people and is served by all the city's urban lines. *** The city of Udine has introduced a tourist tax for those staying in the city as of 02/01/25. The amount is €1.50 per night per person up to a maximum of five nights. It will be collected upon arrival directly from the Host.
