Gran Villa recientemente reformada a 100 metros del mar, dispone de un enorme de jardín de mas de 1000 m2, con una piscina de 100 m2, todo totalmente privado. El interior de la casa es luminoso, con una decoración muy limpia y cuidada, gran cocina americana conectada al salón y al billar. Hay 5 habitaciones dobles (3 con baño privado) y una habitación infantil también con baño privado. Dispone de aparcaimento privado para 5 coches. Si duda una de las mejores villas del sur de Castellón.

Comfortable 3-story house adapted for people with limited mobility. On the ground floor there is a living room with terrace, garden, kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, single room, garage and back terrace with barbecue. The first floor has 3 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom with balcony, 1 with two twin beds, a bathroom and terrace. On the second floor there is a lounge, bathroom and terrace overlooking the sea. The elevator runs through all the floors of the house.
