Restored village apartment in the heart of Sierra Espadan. It has three bedrooms with a double bed and a private bathroom for each bedroom. It has a kitchen, dining room with bioethanol stove-fireplace (additional €5 per liter of fuel) and terrace with a 300-square-meter fenced garden with barbecue (firewood not included). Our guests can enjoy the tranquility of the natural park as well as all its trails that are very well marked, and if they prefer they can do adventure activities in the surroundings. It is also a perfect enclave for mountain-bike lovers (medium-high level). Eslida is surrounded by natural spring water sources and has paella pans and picnic areas. We are 10 km from the CV-10 motorway (exit 1), just 40 minutes from Valencia and 20 minutes from Castellón. Despite being in the middle of the mountain, we are only 17 km from the beach.

Old wheat mill in Navajas. 50 minutes from Valencia and Castellón and 30 minutes from the beach, it is an ideal stay to spend a few days as a couple or as a family. The village is quiet but welcoming, with several restaurants, 2 supermarkets and the traditional bakery, fish shop and butchers. The village open air swimming pool is nearby and costs only 2€ entrance. The village has walking and cycling routes for all ages.

Rustic farmhouse in a natural setting on the Lucena mills route

Rustic house located in Lucena del Cid (Peñagolosa natural park), terrace, pool, barbecue and river to bathe 10 min. walk.(90 meters from house and 400 meters garden.). You can bring your pets ,if it weighs up to 10kilos, it's 20 euros per stay. If you are a family with minor children, we do not charge a supplement. On June 15, the pool is opened and 15 September is closed; you can not use the barbecue from June 1 until September 15 for the risk of fire,it is a natural place.

The Stone House is built sustainably with stone and wood over an ancient "era". It has three rooms, two of them connected by a small staircase. A newly renovated apartment with lots of charm. It is located on the ground floor of an old house in the center of the village. Ideal for two people. Very well connected with Valencia and Castellón and 15 minutes from the beach. An ideal place for hiking and cycling but also to get to know the city of Valencia in 20 minutes by car. The town has 3 restaurants, supermarket and a beautifully maintained municipal swimming pool, open in the summer.

Nice house in a rural village

The Replaceta house is the house where I grew up. It was an old grocery store and tavern, the only one that existed in the small town of 300 inhabitants where the house is located. It is a house with history and has been rehabilitated with a lot of love and effort trying to maintain the charm of the town houses in the area. The ground floor is fully accessible for people with mobility problems, it has no architectural barriers.
