This 2 level space includes kitchen downstairs and living space (including your own private sauna!) upstairs. There is a cozy gas fireplace, free wifi and t.v. with Roku, comfy queen bed with new mattress and quality bedding, large deck , wood floors and full bath. From the studio, walk to 2 different beaches, or 5 minute drive to Mendocino. Dogs allowed with registration and pet fee.
