It overlooks Lake Cascade's Sugarloaf Island and is located between Cascade and McCall off of State Highway 55. The property has miles of trails that are excellent for mountain biking and hiking. There is a beautiful spot at the top of the mountain where you can see Brundage Ski Resort, Tamarack and nearly all of the 47 square miles of Cascade Lake.
