Son Real d'Alt is a 'former Mallorcan estate' mansion dating back to the 15th century dedicated to agriculture, restored in 2015 (respecting its roots and dressing it in modernity) to be able to dedicate it to vacation rentals, in it you can enjoy the authentic rural Mallorca. It consists of 100,000 square meters of forest, fields, and plantations, with a 350 square meter house located on top of a hill with an extraordinary view of the Sierra de Llevant and its wonderful sunrises.

But you will actually not want to leave NIU at all, because it is so cozy.

Adults only Small guest house / casita for two people on our finca in Llucmajor, in the middle of a beautiful garden with pool. Centrally located with short distances to the most beautiful beaches of Mallorca, to Palma and other excursion destinations. The Llucmajor/Son Noguera bus station is a 7-minute walk from us. From May to October, an airport bus also runs. The tourist tax levied here is included in the price.
