In the Nantais vineyard, our cottage accommodates 4 people maximum (children from 5 years old) in a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Parties strictly forbidden. It is 1 studio, adjoining our house, with 2 beds in an attic mezzanine and a Rapido convertible into a bed in the living room. Private terrace to the east; Access to 1 part of the garden to the west. Direct access to the 12.50 m x 4 m heated indoor shared pool. 8am to 10pm. Preferably RESAS for the week during school holidays.

We welcome you to this comfortable cottage, located in a green setting, at the crossroads of the paths of the Velodyssée and the Régalante and a few minutes walk from the Erdre and the small port of La Guillonnière. Shops and the port of Sucé-sur-Erdre are a 4-minute drive, and Nantes is a 25-minute tram ride. On the garden level of a Nantes house, you can relax on the terrace or by the pool. Parking and bike shed are at your disposal.
