Carpentras: house with private HOT TUB

Located at the foot of Mont Ventoux, the house will charm you with its location 100 m from the municipal swimming pool. For the more motivated, a sports complex is 2 steps from the house (football fields, basketball, tennis, etc.). The house has an area of 90 m2. A fully equipped independent kitchen and a large living room, very cozy dining room. There are 3 beautiful bedrooms that can accommodate up to 6 people: one bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds, which can be coupled to have 2 large 160 x 200 beds. A bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet. The exterior offers an enclosed garden without a view where you can relax in a private HOT TUB (in place from May to September). Geographically, the house is 25 km from Avignon and 10 minutes from Monteux and its two amusement parks: WAVE ISLAND (the largest water park in Europe) and the new SPIROU park. You can also enjoy the proximity to several tourist sites such as Mont Ventoux, the Dentelles of Mont Mireille, the Antique site of Orange, the fountain of Vaucluse...

Central Townhouse with Secret Courtyard and Pool

Our home, features an original fireplace, flagstone floors, and local furnishings. Enjoy the courtyard garden and pool (a quiet relaxing space, our neighbours appreciate their tranquility too). The neighbourhood is quiet but attractions like the Pont d'Avignon, restaurants, and bars are all less than 10 minutes on foot. A parking space is within a 3-minute walk. You will not use the car in town but is will be great to explore Provence by day and return to your tranquil haven each evening.

We will welcome you to our house located in Carpentras in a private subdivision. This small 55 m² peaceful haven located on the ground floor of our villa is bright, independent and renovated. Composed of a private entrance, a living room with fireplace, an equipped kitchenette, a bedroom composed of a 160*190 cm bed with its fully renovated bathroom. Private access to the green garden facing south and not overlooked will allow you to enjoy the charms of Vaucluse.

Beautiful authentic villa located at the foot of the Ventoux in a quiet area. You are 20 minutes from Avignon, 1 hour from Nîmes, Arles, Aix-en-Provence and Marseille The house is well-equipped and very comfortable. A wooded outdoor area welcomes you and you can enjoy the pool and a shaded terrace. We kindly ask that you clean the premises upon checkout. It is also forbidden to use this place for parties, I attach a lot of importance to this.

Located in Lagnes, a small typical village in the heart of Vaucluse, near Cavaillon, L'Isle sur la Sorgue, Avignon, Fontaine de Vaucluse, Gordes, Mont Ventoux ...
