Modern city centre apartment, superb location.

A spacious two bedroom apartment with a modern feel situated in the heart of Cardiff with a fully equipped kitchen open plan lounge, large bathroom. A few minutes walk from Cardiff Central train station, the Principality stadium, Utilita Arena and Cardiff Castle. Ideal for shopping, events and business trips. Sometimes its possible to have an early/late check in/out. On arrival in Cardiff, please go to the apartment (after 11,45am) if the cleaners are there, put your luggage in Hallway cupboard

The sleeping area features a comfortable double bed with a textured coverlet. Two small wooden tables are positioned beside the bed, and a television is mounted on the wall. Natural light enters through the window, which is framed by curtains.

The Annex @ Brook Garden Lodge Is Available for Single Night and Short Term Rent. The Annex is located at back of the garden with private access, private entrance door and free parking. If you are looking for a larger room, we also have the Suite@Brook Garden Lodge adjacent to the Annex with a few added extras, but due to Airbnb Algorithm appears down the list when searching for places in Barry. Due to the rooms being in same location, you won’t be aware unless you zoom in on the annex price.

Cosy studio annex

A completely self-contained annex-come-studio in our garden with access from the rear. It has everything you need for a short stay in Cardiff and is very close to lovely parks, cafes, restaurants and shops and is 25 mins walk or ten mins bus ride to town - the bus stop is right behind the annex. It is suitable for a couple, two friends (there's a pull-out single bed in the living area) or a couple with a child. We converted our garage during lockdown and created this unique and cosy space.

Lovely roof top open plan living space on a large house in the heart of Penarth town centre. Benefiting from many lovely bars, cafes, shops and restaurants. Two minutes walk to bus stop, five minutes to train station, only 10 minutes into Cardiff centre. Perfect for events in Cardiff and visiting the surrounding area. Now with a recently fitted full kitchen in the loft itself, suitable for preparing snacks to cooking full Sunday dinners.

Welcome to my city pad...A 10 minute walk from the centre of the city and 5 minutes into the bay. I love being here when I'm in Cardiff so hope you do too. My apartment is professionally cleaned and sanitised between each stay and has been refurbished to a fab standard so you'll be really relaxed and comfortable when you come to stay.
