Studio Stefano is located just 15 minutes away on foot from the Como historic center. It has an AC, TV, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, large private Patio. It is nestled in a safe and peaceful condominium setting—that is close to a supermarket, bus stop, train station and a large parking garage. Free street parking too. Note that there is a train track nearby the house, however sound is almost completely blocked out when the window/shutters are shut. Trains do not run during the night.

Romantic, small 2-room rustic lovingly furnished in Caneggio is located in a sunny location  in the Muggiotal at 555 m above sea level, above Mendrisio. Great hiking area. Floor size of 16 m² each.  Dogs are welcome. Please contact us in advance. No parking is available right in front of the house. Access possible (without parking option - only stopover to unload luggage). For details, see "Guest access". Only suitable for people who are good walkers. Shopping right in the village.

In the historical context of the 1700s, a ground floor home with lake view. Renovated and furnished with Italian design accessories. The kitchen carved into the Moltrasio rock keeps the environment cool in the summer months. Bedroom with walk-in closet and master bathroom. Living room with sofa bed and bathroom. Both are equipped with TV, wifi, and floor heating. There is a public stone terrace in front of the house. The tourist tax (€2.50 per person) is excluded from the price.
