The bedroom has a very comfortable queen size bed with deluxe bedding and hotel quality mattress and mattress pad. The living room features a dining area/work space, corner sofa (sofabed) and TV. Books and travel guides in English and French are available. The space is very cozy and welcoming, with a lot of natural light and decorative additions from our own many travels. You will find everything you need in the fully-fitted kitchen, which is equipped with new stainless steel appliances; dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee machine and toaster. However, with so many great restaurants, bars and cafes on your doorstep, you may find that you prefer to let somebody else do the hard work! Saucisse de Toulouse, (a type of sausage), Cassoulet (a bean and pork stew), and foie gras, a delicacy mainly made in the Midi-Pyrénées are all options! Washer and dryer are in the apartment. We rent the flat above ours which has a bedroom, a living room with a couch sofa, a dinning area, and an open equipped kitchen. The bedroom has a 160x200cm bed. All windows have double glazing and roller blinds and the flat has air conditioning. You'll have access to a garden where you can safely store your bike. We also have baby equipment (bed, lounger, chair, toys...). It is well located, next to the Garonne and St Cyprien metro station, and 15min walk from place du Capitole.
