Modern open plan living area with new kitchen, gas fire place , with every thing you will need to stay in a home away from home . There is free wifi, two smart tv's with netflix, ducted air conditioning and heating, comfy beds and a large private deck area with bbq, out door lounge and table and chairs for those great out door summer meals. You will be able to sit back, relax and enjoy.

Come and enjoy a beach stay, only 3-5min walk to the beach (250m) and close by to the Rosebud shopping town. Being very close to the main road, you’ll enjoy easy access to reach Rye and other neighbouring beach towns. The front beach is one of the best beaches for families and kids. Linens & towels are provided. Nespresso delonghi coffee machine available but pods not provided. It takes the original Nespresso pod or alike. Bookings are for guests over 25yrs old only. Strictly no schoolies.

The price is for 1 Queen room, if booking for more guests or u need 2 rooms, just add numbers above 2 , sp for example 3 guests and the 2nd Queen room becomes available @$50 per person per night. So savings as a couple or single guest.
