My Favorite Florida Gateway!

Relax with the whole family at this beautiful and peaceful place! This place created for 5 to 6 persons. The couch in the living room can fit 1 adult and one child. Master bedroom has beautiful king-size bed, 2 good size closets and full bathroom. The second room has very sturdy and comfortable 2 twin beds, a good size closet and a soft carpet in between. This house has big living room with huge couch for the 5th person to sleep and 6th small person. The full kitchen had good size pauntry.

Harvesting Sunshine has a tranquil setting for your escape. The home backs up to the golf course with lots of privacy on a dead end street. The master bedroom walks out to the pool along with bedroom #2! Both full baths have walk in showers. Splash around in the heated pool & grill all your favorites in our Lanai. Kick back with a drink while enjoying the warmth of the fire pit. You will need to provide the propane for both of these items. Golf clubs & balls are available upon request.

The kitchen was redone with New Cabinets and quartz countertop. New vanities, toilets, and bathrooms updated. 2 FULL bathrooms. Walk in shower and combo bath tub and shower . INTERNET WIFI , Utilties, Parking, TV package,Smart TV . Smart Lock codes changed for all guests.
