The small house of the dunes is located at the foot of the immense beaches of Barneville-Carteret, opposite the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey…) Close to the village and its shops. (5-minute drive - 15-minute walk). The accommodation is located in a quiet and pedestrian hamlet with 4 tennis courts (private) and a petanque court. The beach is very close to the house (10-minute walk). The small house of the dunes is classified as furnished tourist accommodation (3 stars).

Beautiful duplex loft, very bright and ideally located in the village of Carteret. 2 min walk to all amenities: bakery, grocery store, cinema, market etc. Close to the port and beaches. The apartment has been renovated with eco-responsible materials by an architect, fully equipped (sheets and towels provided) and perfectly isolated. Comfort guaranteed in summer and winter! In the heart of the classified site of the Hatainville dunes, at the gates of Cap, 5-min walk to the beach, duplex and private garden. Cathedral ceiling living room, pull-out sofa bed for 2 people, dining area, fireplace, bathroom, toilet, dressing room, kitchen. Upstairs, an open mezzanine bedroom with sea view. The duplex is located on the first floor of a house in the pedestrian hamlet of Mielles (very quiet) Free Wi-Fi, possibility of remote working. Gay friendly.

Charming house located in a pedestrian hamlet with parking 50 meters away, self check-in with secure key box, you will be a 10-minute walk from the immense beaches of Carteret, opposite the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey...). Close to the village and shops, 5 minutes by car, you will also have a sports field as well as 2 tennis courts. The GR223 passes at the end of the path, for hikes or walks in a protected site. Perfect location to unwind!

A beautiful home filled with light, five minutes by bike to the two main beaches in Carteret. Ideally located for exploring with family and friends with direct access to the sea and places of life. The space offers intimacy, openness, and simplicity. Five minute walk to all amenities: bakery, cinema, market, restaurants and the port.
