It has just been completely renovated with modern building techniques that make it fresh and quiet. It is fully air-conditioned and equipped with every comfort. The slightly elevated position allows you to have a great view of the sea even when the cabins of the beach resorts in front are set up.

The condominium is within the Pineta Park of Arenzano.

Plenty of free parking nearby. In just a 5-minute walk, you can reach the center of Arenzano and walk through the main alley, full of shops, restaurants, and bars. Ideal location to live comfortably close to the sea and nature.

The accommodation, recently renovated, is located in a quiet area, away from traffic and evening noises but only 400 meters from the center of Arenzano and the beach (both free and equipped), we assure you relaxation and quiet. The house is equipped with all amenities for everyday living.

Brand new apartment, renovated in September 2022, just 4 minutes walk from the beach. The large apartment has a master bedroom with a queen size double bed, a study/bedroom with a French double sofa bed. An eat-in kitchen, bathroom with window and a huge living room with Netflix TV included. Fast Wifi for surfing the internet or watching Netflix on a 40 inch TV. 2 large balconies where you can have a coffee, have a meal, or just get some sun.
