Salt pool (irritating to the eyes) heated by a private jacuzzi heat pump under the pool. Large south-facing bay window overlooking the garden. Numerous activities on site or around ( beaches, beach volleyball, fishing, aqua park, canoeing, sailing, tourist villages...) not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Nestled in the heart of unspoiled nature, Luc is a peaceful oasis, ideal for recharging your batteries in peace. This 200 ha estate is full of charm, between meadows and forests for hiking and oxygenating. In the middle of the stone buildings, the house we are offering you is composed, on the ground floor, of a large living room with open kitchen, on the 1st floor of 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower; on the 2nd floor, 2 large bedrooms and a small one as well as a bathroom with bathtub.

Écogîte Lalalandes Aveyron

I built my wooden house entirely and finished it in early 2024. I offer it for rent during the high summer season but also during the other 3 seasons which each offer their advantages. The creation of the sauna with its wood stove is to be able to enjoy the swimming pool in all seasons. (paid option) The swimming pool is not overlooked and offers a beautiful view of the valley and its natural landscape. This valley is also home to the village of Conques and its magnificent abbey church.
