Single-family house consisting of ground floor and bedroom floor. In the first there is a large kitchen, spacious hall with sliding doors that overlook a generous living room with TV area and fireplace, and dining area, as well as a bathroom with shower, and access to the garage with capacity for 2 cars. On the second floor 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, a common closet/dressing room and exit to a glazed gallery. The penthouse is only available under negotiation for groups with more space needs only.

Chalet Las Calzadas: parking and private garden

The Las Calzadas chalet is "El Hogar": spend the holidays with the cousins, go crazy to grandparents, eat on the terrace and make water wars in the garden.
