Wake up to the sound of silence, enjoy a coffee overlooking the Pantano de Camporredondo, and get ready for a day of adventure. With a double room with a 1.50 bed and a sofa bed of 1.35 (just as comfortable as the bed... really, hehehe). There are no common areas because the apartment has everything, kitchen, living room and bathroom. Auto-Check-in: We offer, upon request, the possibility of self check-in via lockbox or code. Pet Acceptance: Pets are welcome on request and with a small supplement (€5 per pet that go integral to the Animal Protector of the area). Cribs and Tronas: We have free cots and highchairs available for children. Firewood: The apartment has a fireplace, we provide firewood at no additional cost. Here in the summer, the shade is real shade. You can sleep perfectly all year round (advantages of the mountains).

Brand new apartment, fully restored. Very bright and modern, south facing. In the middle of Sardinero, a few meters from the beach. It has a parking space in gated parking at the bottom of the building. The area has several supermarkets, restaurants, daycare, sports centers, surf school, the great park of Las Llamas, ideal for playing sports, children's play, ... Bus stops are just a few meters from the building.
