The garden room is a delightful, quaint building originally a piggery, It is decorated to the highest standard in a contemporary style and is a lovely calm space, in which to relax and enjoy your stay. Modern dimmable downllighting and smaller lamps give a bright or more muted feel according to your need. Central heating makes it warm and cosy in the cooler weather. Egyptian cotton sheets give a luxurious feel to the kingsize bed and ensure a comfortable nights rest. Accommodation on one level.

This penthouse apartment is fabulously located 5 minutes walk from the thriving and popular Ashley cross complete with all the bars and restaurants it has to offer. The penthouse is exceptionally spacious taking up 2000sqft and includes 3 large double bedrooms of which 2 are ensuite. It also has a huge kitchen living area and large balcony with far reaching Sea views. There is a utility room complete with washing machine and dryer. The award winning sandbanks beach is just a 5 minute drive

The Little Cabin is located just outside of Poole and is within a short drive of the beautiful beach of Sandbanks. It is also perfectly located for a visit to Compton Acres or a short stay before catching the ferry to France or The Channel Islands. The Little Cabin is a newly furbished self contained small unit with separate bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom. It contains an professional air conditioning unit to keep you cool. It also has it's own entrance door at the side of our house.

Bright and cosy 1 bedroom flat in the heart of Poole, right on the coast. The flat is very modern with a comfy double bed, bathroom with shower and bath, fully equipped kitchen, large sofa and smart TV. There is a shared rooftop terrace overlooking the sea, and a gym in the building. It’s located a few miles from Sandbanks beach, across the road from Poole Park and a short walk to the popular Ashley Cross which has numerous restaurants, cafes and bars.

Our location offers easy access to the New Forest National Park, the Dorset Jurassic Coast and the Channel ferries. From Poole quay you can take boat trips including Brownsea Island. The area also boasts beautiful beaches at Sandbanks, Bournemouth and Studland, while the Purbeck hills can be accessed via a chain ferry.

Quite getaway, with everything needed for a short stay. Stylish modern, stand alone studio, with private entrance. Modern shower room & kitchenette, with dining space and King size bed. There is a shared garden area with your own dining and lounging area. We do have a lovely little dog who is very friendly and also the occasional visiting friendly family dogs, who may be around in the garden to say hello.
