A 30 min drive to downtown Waterville where you can find shopping and dining places for the whole family . Enjoy fishing , swimming and more right outside your door . Raven Stone Farm is a quiet and picturesque horse farm nestled in Maine's beautiful Mid-Coast Region. Established in the early 1800’s, the farm offers Guests the chance to get away to the country in a cozy and comfortable setting, while being centrally located to all that Maine has to offer. Guests will have the camp like private "Barn Bunkhouse" to themselves with views of horses, deer, and wild turkeys. The farm is 2 miles from the town of Newport and Sebasticook Lake.

Halcyon Ridge is owned by Lynn & Chuck Hadyniak, who live nearby. Lynn & Chuck moved out of New Jersey years ago to get away from the hustle & bustle, & raise a family in peace. They love Freedom for its quiet & natural beauty, & would love to host people at Halcyon Ridge who also want to escape the noise. BREEZE Treehouse, at The Appleton Retreat is located on 120 acres of private land, bordered by 1,300 acres of a protected nature conservancy. To the south is the Pettengill Stream a resource protected area and to the north a large secluded pond. BREEZE does not have a hot tub but guests may reserve the sauna, which is close by and private. The Appleton Retreat is less than a 30 minute drive to Belfast, Rockport, Camden and Rockland, charming downeast seaside towns.
