The location is privileged, in addition to being close to Campeche Beach (500 meters/7-minute walk), it is less than 300 meters from an excellent infrastructure, such as: restaurants, pizzeria, coffee shop, bakery, ice cream shop, açaí kiosk, etc. * The land is 1600 m2 and there is another private house on this land.

Ribeirão da Ilha is waiting for you! Simple house, very comfortable, right on the sand, totally private, with direct exit to the sea and a small beach. Beautiful view, calm sea, suitable for bathing, great for fishing and water sports, boat ramp a few meters away and boat mooring in front of the house. Very close to Villa Casarão (parties and events), in the middle of the oyster gastronomic route and a few minutes from the airport. Parking for up to 3 small or 1 large car.
