At the corner of the street there is a market, butcher's, fruit and bus stop. The space is good for couples, solo adventurers and Home Office.

Beautiful house, in the best location in Lagoa

Cozy guest house in the best location of the Lagoon. The house is 60 mts², divided into an extremely comfortable living room, suite, kitchen and balcony! The use of the house is limited to guests, not being allowed to receive no guests. All of this is surrounded by a lot of nature, which blends in with the Joaquina Dunes. Towels in stays of only 1 night, are not included. must be requested upon booking. AIR-CONDITIONING TEMPORARILY INOPERATIVE

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Located in the eastern part of the island of Florianópolis, with beaches and wonderful trails (Mole Beach, Galheta Beach, Lagoa Bar, Bar Channel, wonderful view of Lagoa da Conceição, a few km from Joaquina Beach. In fact, its location is excellent, with accessibility to all the island's beaches.

An en-suite with kitchen and private balcony. With local commerce. Quiet place, for those who enjoy the beach, surfing, lagoon, hiking, cycling, (we have a bike for rent) a 10-minute walk between Campeche beach and Morro das Pedras Close to Peri Lake and several trails! One of the most exuberant natural places on the island!
