The apartment is 10 minutes from historic downtown, Baylor University and "Fixer Upper" Silos complex. Easy Exit from Interstate 35 north of the city...Washer and dryer in closet for longer stay! And a NEW Queen bed (Durant plush mattress on Feb. 9, '24.)

Gorgeous new kitchen with marble countertop and subway tile. New bath has large shower & new fixtures, new carpet and tile. Tempurpedic mattress. Keurig w/lots of coffee! 5 mins to the Magnolia Silos and Downtown. Walk the grounds, or one block to Cameron Park for kayaking, biking, etc. STR418052020
