This is a bright, very spacious, 3 bedroom lower-level apartment, fully stocked with everything you need. The large windows in every room let in lots and lots of light. It is close to the beach at Petrie Island, Place d'Orleans mall for shopping, the YMCA, and large plazas with lots of stores including banks, Dollarama, Farm Boy, Giant Tiger, a movie theatre, and much more. The two level 1,800sf cottage has been carefully designed to integrate with nature with large floor-to-ceiling windows throughout. Come relax and recharge in nature. Plenty of activities to do: swim from the dock, canoe/kayak, fish, bike, golf, ski, explore the Gatineau Park, the Nordik Spa, etc. (CITQ#304057. Peaceful neighbourhood in Clarence Point, nice trails and area to go for walks. When time permits, we also offer a complimentary 20 min guided tour of the area aboard a 6 seater ATV.
