Very characterful Grade 2 Listed London Almshouse built in 1655 originally. sympathetically renovated in 2019 by award winning architects, preserving original beams and some architectural features such as the chimney stacks, beams & pitched ceilings. The cosy one bed cottage is located in London's uber cool borough of Hackney and right in the middle of the relatively recently gentrified neighbourhood of Clapton which is bustling with bars, restaurants, wine shops and cool indie shops.

We hope you will enjoy our home, perfect for families (kids friendly!) or friends Situated between the vibrant Kensal Rise and Queenspark high streets, central London is just 15 minutes away thanks to Bakerloo Line. Many other popular neighbourhoods such as Notting Hill, Holland Park and Maida Vale are moments away by walk or bus. we can accommodate up to 6 guests upon requests (extra £30 per night)

Close to shops, restaurants and museums, its a perfect setting to relax during your holiday. The property has underfloor heating, double glazed and newly decorated with a well equipped kitchen and level access. We welcome well behaved pets in a secure and gated driveway. Room for parking for 3 cars. You have access to the entire property.

Cosy cottage in North London near tube

A beautiful, semi-detached Victorian, cottage built in 1862. In north London with a 100ft garden. The cottage is bright and airy with original features inc stable garden door and floorboards to cosy fireplaces. I have art and houseplants and outside is covered with roses. I hope you enjoy your stay in this cosy haven, please note, I live here usually this is a home not an empty holiday let. Please note the bedroom is on first floor, up one flight of steep stairs

Our lovely Coach House is just steps away from the vast and gorgeous Royal Richmond Park. The ancient market town, Kingston upon Thames with its great choice of restaurants, shopping and theatre is just a leisurely 20 min. walk away. If you like to venture out to London, Norbiton Station provides direct access to Waterloo Station. You will enjoy my place because of its location, the outdoor space, the ambiance and the quiet neighbourhood.
