Welcome to The Cottages at Porter Hill, nestled in the heart of Umpqua Valley Wine Country. A perfect retreat for two! This cozy 1 bedroom cottage is inspired by the green fields of central Italy & simple country living. We invite you to slow down, relax and experience our little slice of heaven! Conveniently located on Highway 42 with easy access to Winston, the Wildlife Safari and Roseburg (10 - 15 minutes) to the east and the Oregon coast-Coos Bay and Bandon (just 1.5 hours) to the west.

Bailey River House

Spacious 3 BR 2 bath. The primary bedroom has a king bed. The other 2 rooms have queen beds. The extra bonus room has 2 cots, full sofa sleeper and a Queen platform bed. The home is fully stocked with EVERYTHING you need. NO PETS and NO SMOKING inside the home, especially Marijuana. There will be a $100 -$200 fee if this rule is broken. PARTIES & EVENTS are not allowed until further notice. Airbnb has a global ban of no more than 16 people allowed on the property. Outside cameras in use.

Or if you just need to get away from it all and relax this is your spot.

Come and enjoy a quiet and relaxing stay where you can put your feet up and unwind inside of our beautiful 100 year old quaint cottage, or enjoy the gorgeous private scenery and wildlife surrounding it. Many which include a variety of birds, deer, our residential goats, pig, horses, bunnies, and our seasonal pond with mallards and frogs. There is also a full size washer and dryer. The cabin sleeps 6 comfortably (the limit includes infants)

Charming, modernly styled A-frame cabin across from the beach, walkable to local shops and restaurants. This is a no-shoe home. If this isn't your jam, please book a different listing. There are so many! We are right across the street from the beach, but beach access is at either end of our street, about a 2-minute walk. Directly across from our house are protected dunes that cannot be traversed.
