It is in a tucked away location yet very close to the centre of Cullompton and amenities, including shops, bars, restaurants, bus routes and only a few minutes drive from the motorway. Easily accessible from Tiverton Parkway station and Junction 27 of the M5, it is a great base from which to explore beautiful Exmoor National Park, Wimbleball Lake, and within easy reach of Exeter, Taunton and the north and south coasts of Devon. Bampton has great pubs, excellent restaurants, coffee shops and a bakery. A great place for cyclists, walkers, guests visiting family or attending weddings.

This is a refurbished Annexe - light and airy with a shower room and adjoining WC. In 2022 we have added a new kitchen, with breakfast bar seating. The property is situated ten minutes from Tiverton and two minutes from the A361 - the main route in to North Devon and Exmoor, and North Cornwall. Extra service: we welcome your dog. However, space in the Annexe is limited so if there is more than one dog, please chat to us first.
