Brand new 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom apartment with sea views and jacuzzi on the roof, located in a luxury residence 100m away from the beach. It's situated in the quiet area, surrounded by mountains, park and a sea. Residence have indoor and outdoor pools, sauna and kids playground. 15 mins walk to the start of the promenade to the beautiful village of Villajoyosa and 7 min to drive to the shops and restaurants of Villajoyosa or Finestrat, so it's recommended to have a car for access to facilities.

Beautifully renovated apartment and terrace

Centrally-located, with plenty of cafes, restaurants & super markets. Facing 2 beautiful pools. Recently completely refurbished with split air conditioning units (hot&cold). The living room has a sofa bed which pulls into another double bed if required (18€/day per additional guest). The nearest beach is only 350 mtrs away and within 200 mtrs of the old town. The apartment and open terrace includes 1 bedroom, a living room, high speed internet, TV and kitchen. Not adapted for small children.

PARQUES CASABLANCA NICE APARTMENT Description Beautiful apartment complex with very nice pool and health spa/gym. Few minutes from beach, Moraira, Calpe. Stylish apartment with aircon. Lovely open view. Parques Casablanca is a beautiful apartment/hotel complex in hills near La Fustera Cove between Moraira and Calpe . This 2nd floor apartment with big terrace and a perfectly southern orientation has a lovely open view on the green hills and the Rock Ifach at Calpe.
