This vintage gem is the perfect getaway for those seeking a unique blend of history and relaxation. This is the perfect place to get away from home and enjoy some self care. The bathroom features a soaking tub (60" x 32" x 21-1/2" with 17-1/2" soaking depth), 2 shower heads, and 3 body jets.

Home Sweet Home Country Cottage

Comfortably furnished and private one room cottage with a full kitchen and bathroom. It has a queen sized bed that sleeps 2 and a twin bed that can sleep 1. The property is located on 20 acres of timber. Deer are regularly seen in the beautiful backyard. There is a grill on the patio that guests may use. It has central heat and air and ceiling fans. It is three miles from Kentucky Lake. There is no WiFi or cable, but we do supply dvds and VHS tapes.

Welcome to Our Father’s Place! Four generations of our family have invited folks to come to enjoy good food, stay all night (or a lot of nights), visit, rest or just sit a spell. It’s our desire that you will enjoy your time here and maybe make some good memories. Murray is a “Goldilocks” kind of town…it’s just right. It’s big enough to offer options for entertainment and dining but small enough to offer plenty of Southern hospitality.

Located just a few minutes from Kentucky Lake and 15 minutes from Murray. The neighborhood is very quiet and teeming with wildlife, and the sound of birdsong and smell of pine in the air is sure to give you the country experience of your dreams.

The Mizpah A is centrally located close to Murray State University for all of its attractions, games and events. It is walking distance to the Chestnut Street park. There are many restaurants and 2 coffee shops which are within a half a block. Quick and easy access with the comfort of home with a gas grill and chiminea to relax at the end of the day.
