We are situated in Roy Bridge 15 mins outside Fort William, (12 miles) close to amenities and a short walk to the train station. The perfect base to explore the Highlands. The room has a private entrance separate from the main house. The en-suite bathroom is located downstairs. Upstairs there is a loft bedroom with double bed along with tea and coffee making facilities, tv with Netflix and fridge. Short walk to hotel with bar & restaurant, café, local grocery shop/post office, bakers & gift shop. Nightlife & many restaurants available in Inverness, 10 minutes drive. Good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers & families (with kids). Easy access to all transport links. We welcome everybody.

We welcome single nights, however many guests regret not booking longer.

Connected to the old cruck barn this is a compact, cosy, self contained bedroom. It’s set on one side of the courtyard with separate key access so you can come and go at will. If you love the outdoors, we think you will love it here. We have spectacular views of the Cairngorms, with excellent walks from the door. Rustic, with loads of character, the room has a comfy king size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. If you need mod cons or lots of space this may not be the place for you!
