The house is in the heart of the village of Sant'Andrea di Compito, an ancient village on a hill, which is about 10 km from Lucca. The area is very quiet and relaxing, surrounded by the green countryside; the house for 4 (1850), large garden, is all in stone. from August 2020, a new small swimming pool is available for guests and residents of the unfinished court (NEW POOL!!!). The pool must be used in compliance with the house rules. All water games are absolutely forbidden.

The Micia room of 30 square meters is located on the ground floor and has an independent entrance and can accommodate 2 people. The room has a private bath, microwave, frigobar, express coffee machine and tea kettle. ATTENTION, there is no stove for cooking! Outside, the room's private gazebo overlooking the garden and swimming pool.

The property is located on top of a very panoramic hill, near the medieval village of Sillico where is located also a very good restaurant. Perfect accommodation for romantic couples, families with children with their dogs. Perfect place to relax but also suitable for guests who like active holiday with many exiting trekking, canyoning, mtb and horse riding excursions. Nice panoramic pool and view on the entire valley. Antique Tuscan barn made into a comfortable home with private swimming pool. Best views ever. Close to Florence, Siena and Pisa. Very quiet, yet easy to reach. Sunsets you can only dream of. Ideal Tuscan getaway for family or two couples. The house has two bedrooms and two bathrooms plus a guest bathroom on the ground floor. The pool has a panoramic edge and whirlpool section. There are two restaurants on walking distance (a few hundred meters).
