We rent our small but stylish guest house in the north of Sardinia in the middle of the beautiful Gallura, far from the tourist bustle of the coastal cities. Thanks to our central location, both the dream beaches of the west coast such as Rena Majore or Naracu Nieddu as well as the magnificent beaches in the north and northeast are within approx. 20-25 minutes by car. The top surf spot of Porto Pollo is about 20 minutes, and the Costa Smeralda in about 30 minutes.

Casa Frades is located in Monte Petrosu, a small hamlet located 5 km from San Teodoro, 15 km from Olbia (port and airport) and a short distance from Porto San Paolo. This is a comfortable and secluded villa surrounded by greenery, in a quiet and private setting, but in a strategic position that allows you to reach the most beautiful beaches of the Gallura coast in a few minutes, as well as restaurants, services and points of interest in the area.
