We do not consider ourselves a hotel because we do not have common areas or a reception. Our rooms are spacious and bright, and we offer personalized attention focused on the small details. Charming house in the historic center of Ciutadella

Fully restored and equipped house in historic downtown. Located on a pedestrian street and very quiet, it retains typical vaulted ceilings. The house consists of the ground floor, where the kitchen, living room and a small indoor patio that gives light and life to the house are located. On a first level, we found a double bedroom and bathroom. On a second level, two double bedrooms and a bath. Going up to the rooftop we find the laundry area.

A huge garden surrounded by large trees, a very original pool of more than 100 m2, a tennis court, different terrace areas with sofa, hammocks, ping-pong, speakers on the terrace and pool... Two living rooms, one with an 86" TV and the other with a 65" TV. You will have a perfect stay, you can enjoy a unique environment, with total privacy and with all the luxuries.

Located in the heart of the Calan Forcat complex, this detached villa has very easy access to the coast with Calan Forcat cove and is very close to Calan Brut. In the center of the complex, there are many bars and restaurants. The old capital, Ciutadella, is a 10-minute drive away and is full of interesting architecture, winding streets and excellent places to have lunch and go for a walk.
