Situated in Warwick-on-Eden, this delightful cottage where the hay was originally stored, is within five minutes of the M6 motorway near Carlisle. Built of local sandstone, it dates back to around 1842 and overlooks a cobbled courtyard. It was tastefully restored some twenty years ago retaining the original wooden beams and offers a high standard of accommodation for a maximum of four people. It's within walking distance of both the renowned pub, The Queens and local shops at Warwick Bridge.

The cottage required total renovation and took almost a year to get everything perfect. Wetheral is just 3 miles from junction 42 on the M6 and the village has great amenities including a Village Shop and post office, Cafe, and a great pub just across the road! Wetheral Railway Station is a short walk from the cottage with regular trains to Carlisle and Newcastle. Easy access to Gretna Green, the Lake District, Edinburgh and Glasgow.

Small but perfectly formed 2 bedroom terraced house a few minutes walk from the City centre and Carlisle train station and near to Fusehill Street Campus. Beautifully presented and furnished to a high standard. Main bedroom has a standard sized double bed and the second bedroom has a single and a trundle bed (trundle NOT suitable for an adult, only for child/young teenager) The living room and open plan kitchen are fully equipped including fridge, freezer and a washer/dryer.
