This stone house, typical of the Lot, is completely renovated. You will be seduced by the quality of its services, fully equipped for a relaxing, cultural or sports stay 10 minutes from Cahors. Ideally located for visiting exceptional tourist sites within an hour's drive (Cahors, Saint Cirq Lapopie, Rocamadour, Sarlat, etc.). You can enjoy the charm of Douelle, a small and very dynamic village on the banks of the Lot, or its water sports recreation center less than 2 km away.

The Terrier

Enjoy a 60 m2 home for 2 people in the town center at the foot of the Château de Mercuès, less than 10 minutes from Cahors. Gîte on the ground floor of the owners' Quercy-style house. Large garden shared with the owners, their 2 children and their dog. Close to the main street of the village, amenities are within walking distance: bakery, butcher, grocery store, pharmacy, doctors, dentists, press, hairdressers, hiking trails, Lot Valley greenway...

Relax in this charming 30 m2 studio, annex of our house with independent entrance, located in a very quiet area and offering you a magnificent view, 5 minutes from all shops and 10 minutes from the city center of Cahors. Beautiful living room with a bed, equipped kitchen and bathroom with toilet. You will have access to our swimming pool (we make sure to use the pool only in the absence of our guests) and can also enjoy a covered terrace and garden.

Enjoy the lovely setting of this spot in the city center of Cahors. This 30 m2 studio, refurbished, with a high-end fold-away bed that turns the living room into a bedroom in the snap of a finger! The must-have of this gem: a terrace to enjoy the sun, eat your meals outside, and its Jacuzzi heated all year round to rest from your days of sightseeing! This space is the perfect place to explore the city. Parties and noise nuisance are prohibited!

This peaceful home in a green setting offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Located less than an hour from the Dordogne and the most beautiful tourist sites of the Lot. The house is a 5-minute drive from Lake Catus and 15 minutes from Cahors. The house is located on a plot of more than 3000 m2, partially fenced. It is at the end of the road and access is via a private path (so no car passage around at all) There is a 30 m2 closed kennel.

The house sits on the edge of beautifully landscaped gardens with private pool, summer kitchen and pétanque pitch all leading down to the private lake, setting the backdrop for an amazing holiday home. The village of Cazals, a 500m stroll away, boasts a super market every Sunday , 12 months of the year, as well as an award winning boulangerie, farm shop, restaurants., etc..

Small village in the middle of the vineyards; 100m from Lake Vergne, 12km from Cahors, 6km from the Caîx nautical base, hiking, paragliding, fishing.... Independent courtyard, you have a living room, seating area with TV; kitchen with dishwasher, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker... Bathroom/WC: Shower in a walk-in laundry: private washing machine with garden furniture quiet environment.. My place is good for couples.

"La petite Roche" country cottage

Small 20 m2 house, in the countryside. Carefully restored, it includes a living room equipped with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette and a warm chalet-style bathroom. It has a wood-burning stove. It benefits from a shaded area equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture and a space that opens onto a wide countryside landscape. A stream along the meadow, hiking trails and the nearby medieval village invite you to take a walk.

Its large travertine terrace crossed by a large walnut tree will allow you to enjoy beautiful sunsets.
