Great for a stay to discover the city (marina, ducal castle, Ladies' Abbey) A market is held every Sunday in front of the accommodation, very pleasant on sunny days!

"Arty" is a stylish and central home located on the 3rd and top floor (no elevator) in the historic center of Caen, with views of the Cennais castle and rooftops. It is a duplex with exposed beams consisting of a kitchen open to the main room, a shower room. Upstairs you will find a place to read/rest a little out of the way and the room is separate and very cozy.
