Casa situata nel cuore del Centro Storico di Cefalù, a 200 mt dal mare e 200 mt da Piazza Duomo. Appartamento completamente indipendente, è dotato di un ampio cortile interno e di una zona relax con vasca idromassaggio e bagno turco. L'interno è composto da un soggiorno, un angolo cottura, un bagno e al piano superiore la stanza da letto, il tutto arredato scrupolosamente con grande cura e dotato di ogni comfort. Independent apartment in the Historic Center of Termini Imerese recently renovated with exposed wooden ceiling and handmade ceramics, 3 rooms and accessories on two levels connected by an internal staircase. It is accessed from the Serpentina, a tree-lined road that connects upper Termini with lower Termini. The center can be reached on foot in a few minutes, along the characteristic cobblestone streets. The equipped lido, the port and the train station are also within walking distance.
