Panoramic sea view for this studio suspended above Promenade Marcel Proust on the third floor with elevator of a residence in the heart of the range, close to mini-golf and a short walk to the city center. Guests will enjoy the large covered balcony, direct beach access, and an underground parking space (SUV excluded). Equipped kitchen, large screen TV and 140 double bed, bathroom with toilet. This newly refurbished studio is ideally located. Beachfront residence, you have direct access to the beach and the Marcel Proust promenade. 10 minutes' walk is enough to access the casino and the Rue de la Mer where there are various restaurants. You also have a mini golf 3 minutes away. Travel light, sheets and towels are included in the price, you don't need to bring anything🙂. Arrival and departure times are flexible, please let me know🙂.

House 45 m2 on one level, the hyper center of Cabourg with garden and terrace facing south in a quiet area while enjoying a central place. It is close to Avenue de la Mer, all shops and the beach, in a residential area. You can park normally very easily just in front of the house. Key box at your disposal to facilitate your check-in time. For information: the house is absolutely not suitable for wheelchairs.

Fully equipped, secure and looking forward to hosting your next family getaway. We rent a studio on the 2nd floor of our favorite residence in Cabourg where we already live! For over 20 years we have been coming regularly to this beautiful Norman city of Cabourg, attractive and lively all year round. At the end of 2019, we decided to bring a new experience to our guests: renovations have been carried out! We hope to bring you maximum pleasure for your stay in Cabourg!
