Una parte di casa a piano terra di 120 mq, calda e accogliente, con un immenso giardino per chi è amante del verde, parcheggio auto all interno dell abitazione possibilità di arrivare al mare percorrendo la pista ciclabile con soli 7 km, si possono avere in dotazione anche delle biciclette, fermata autobus a 50 metri per poter arrivare dove si vuole, Venezia 50km, Treviso 35 km, Padova 65 km, possibilità di ospitare anche animali di piccola /media taglia.
